Bethesda Softworks and id Software just dropped the remastered Quake for PC, PS4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch in 2021.
Hold tight, PS5 and Xbox Series versions are on the horizon and will be a freebie if you've already snagged the game for the older consoles.
This remastered gig is no slouch - we're talking 4K support, jazzed-up models, lighting that pops, anti-aliasing, and more. And hey, they're throwing in four DLCs for the ride - The Scourge of Armagon, Dissolution of Eternity, Dimension of the Past, and Dimension of the Machine.
